"Refund came through, but it took a while"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it took longer than I expected. I made sure to keep my receipts and follow up just in case, because I didn’t want anything to slip through the cracks. It worked out in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked

"Tracking Was Frustrating"
I’m sure the order was moving at some point, but the tracking didn’t show anything for days. It was kind of annoying not knowing what was going on.

"Pretty straightforward"
I was a little nervous about doing the mold on my own, but the directions were easy to follow and the kit came with everything I needed. The video helped a lot too. It took me a couple tries before I felt like I had it right, but it wasn’t confusing. Sending it back was simple enough. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Looked promising, but the fit was a disaster"
The mold kit seemed totally fine at first, so I really thought this was going to work out. But when the grill came back, it was loose and sitting crooked like it had a mind of its own. I tried adjusting it a few times, but no matter what I did, it just would not fit right. Disappointing.

"Fits okay, but not for long"
It fits alright, like the fit is fine at first, but after wearing it for a while it starts to get uncomfortable. Not terrible, just not something I’d want to wear for a long, long time.

My first reaction was that the custom options felt limited. I was expecting way more choices for the grillz, and while a few styles looked good, once I started trying to tweak the details, there just wasn’t much I could actually change. The site was okay to use, but it wasn’t super clear what options came with each style. For something custom, I wanted more control. Not terrible, but I quickly felt like it wasn’t what I was hoping for

"Shine is still holding up"
I got this a few months ago and felt a little pressured to decide if I liked it right away, especially since the shipping took longer than I expected. After wearing it mostly on weekends though, I’ve been happy with it. The shine has held up better than I thought, and I haven’t noticed any green marks or dull spots so far. The fit did take a bit of getting used to, which is why I’d go with 4 stars, but when it comes to tarnish resistance, I really don’t have any major complaints

Just a warning for anyone planning to use this service: the actual fix was done okay, so no complaints there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. If you’re in a hurry or need your item back by a certain date, I’d definitely keep that in mind before sending it in.

"I ordered this on a bit…"
I ordered this on a bit of an impulse because I thought it was real solid gold, but after wearing it a few times, I’m not fully convinced. The color started to look a little off, and it just didn’t feel like what I expected for the price. The fit was okay and shipping was fine, but the whole gold authenticity thing left me disappointed.

"Took Longer Than It Should Have"
I had an issue with the fit and sent over pictures like they asked. the back-and-forth felt frustrating because it took several emails before I got a clear answer from anyone. To be fair, they did remake the piece in the end, which I appreciate, but the whole process dragged on way too long. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the tone of the support felt a bit slow and unclear, and it ended up being more stressful than I expected.

"Not bad, but I expected more for the price"
The grillz looked decent when they arrived, but for what I paid, I was expecting a better fit and a cleaner finish. Shipping also took a little longer than I had in mind. They’re not awful or anything, but compared to my expectations for the price, I don’t really feel like I got great value. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices were a bit lower.

"I’ve had mine for a few…"
I’ve had mine for a few months now, and they’re still holding up really well. I was lowkey nervous at first, thinking they might bend or start feeling loose after wearing them a bunch. But nope—still solid, still fit right, and they still look clean. i was ready to complain if they didn’t last, but now I’m actually impressed.

"Showed Up Sooner Than Expected"
I ordered it thinking I’d be waiting a while, so I was surprised when it showed up earlier than expected. I had just started checking the tracking, and before I knew it, the package was already at my door. Definitely a nice little surprise.

"Super helpful customer service"
I had a couple questions before placing my order, and they got back to me WAY faster than I expected. I even messaged again later, and they were still really clear and nice about everything, didn’t make me feel annoying at all lol. I wasn’t totally sure what to pick, so the good communication made the whole process feel SO much easier.

My grillz showed up later than expected, and I felt a little left in the dark. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice if they had kept me updated instead of making me chase or wonder what was going on.

I was kind of nervous about doing the mold myself at first, but the kit made it easy. You get everything you need in the box, and the instructions are simple enough to follow without feeling lost. I got it done on the first try, and it wasn’t messy or confusing like I expected. Sent it back in, so now I’m just waiting on my grillz. So far, I’m really happy with how smooth the whole molding part went
